The E-Bid Infrastructure Project was awarded to Brilliance by (PDRM) the Royal Malaysia Police Force in the year 2007.

     This is a complete ICT infrastructure project involving 79 sites in the Southern Zone. It constitutes of all IPKs (Ibu Pejabat Kontinjen), IPD (Ibu Pejabat Daerah) and all the Balai Polis. Upon completion of delivery and commissioning of all the ICT equipments (in the states of Johor, Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan), a workshop for the final acceptance was held at the Pulau Perhentian from June 17 till June 19, 2008.
