One Stop Centre (OSC) Site Visit

OSC is an initiative to provide for an online helpdesk system
and call center to support the TPC system. In other words, it
capture and manages issues relating to the TPC system be at on
the infrastructures, applications as well as wide area network
from numerous sites in the seven states. Essentially, it depicts
how helpdesk administrator process, manages cases and issues
from all the relevant TPC sites. Responses and action are
updated accordingly. A consolidated summary of all the issues is
subsequently produced.
During the site visit, the team comprising of medical and
personnel from Ministry of Health (MOH) was shown on how the OSC
system works. A demo was conducted with a "walk through" of the
process flow. The team from MOH was the given an opportunity to
have a "hands on experience" of the system itself.
