Staff Day 2007

celebrates its Staff Day Event which is held at one of Port Dickson’s famous
holiday destination, The Regency Tanjong Tuan from 6th September
2007 until 8th September 2007.
All staffs departed from office to The Regency by convoy which involved about
twenty cars and been leaded by three marshals.
The Staff Day is a great
opportunity for all employees from all Group of Companies to get know each
other and build close ties with all staffs from all levels.
For the first time, employees learn more about the function of each
department and other related companies.
Each Head of Department and Managing Director from each group of companies had
to showcase and presented their function of department, range of products and
services.
The three days two nights event
saw all the 57 staffs and 14 trainees, ready with free breakfast packs, lunch
and dinner for all. In addition, they can look forward to plenty of games with
team building oriented such as “Wooden Shoe Race”, “Water Race”, “Sweetheart
Throw”, “Tug of War” and “Volley Ball”.
There also fabulous prices waiting
for lucky draw winners, like Microwaves, Digital Camera, Handphone, Cash
Vouchers, Shopping Vouchers and wide range of electrical appliances.
The climate program was the barbeque dinner and for this year, we
chose “Hawaiian Night” as our theme.
All staffs were required to dress up accordingly and two staffs had been chosen
as the King and Queen of the Night.
Our MD, En Salehodin Majid also
highlighted the company’s vision and mission which encompass the needs to
remain highly competitive in providing higher quality services, whilst
maintaining its customer-friendly environment. He also rounded-up his speech by
encouraging staff to continuously improve them professionally in order to
maximize and maintain high quality job performance.
