Event: Workshop for TPC / EKL Integration Online Appointment (SMS
Notification)

This event was a collaboration between
Brilliance and Bahagian Pengurusan Maklumat (BPM) together with
Bahagian Pembangunan Kesihatan Keluarga (BPKK). This project was
a milestone in the government’s effort to use information
technology to enable the smooth flow of data and information
eventually to enhance government services.
This project showcased an integration of
the TPC system with the government e-KL project with regards to
online appointment at TPC clinics located within Kuala Lumpur
and Selangor. With this, patients can now request through any
TPC clinic for an appointment with the doctor. Following that,
an SMS (short message service) will be sent to the patient
indicating the date of an appointment with the doctor together
with the location of the clinic.
