Mamogram
Celebrations of
Mother Day 2007 were officiating by Y.B. Dato’ Sri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil,
Minister at Ministry of Women, Family and Society Development (MOW). She
officially launches the opening ceremony together with Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datin
Paduka Zaleha Ismail, Pengerusi Lembaga Penduduk dan Pembangunan keluarga
Negara (LPPKN). The main objectives of this event were to:

Give some information and awareness about Breast
Cancer disaster
§
Obtain consolidated the details profile of patient
§
Achieve more than 1000 of patient that will be
register to contribute into mammogram test subsidies by MOW and trying to win
the‘’ Mother Day Contest’’.
§
Generate the mammogram forms, where the number of
patient that will contribute to mammogram test can be know as formerly.
§
Generate the details of patient background record
for LPPKN perusal.
To
make the Mother Day event had been launched with the special and a lot’s of
happiness, MOW collaboration with LPPKN and Brilliance Information had work
together to develop the ‘’Sambutan Hari Ibu Peringkat Kebangsaan 2007’’ at
Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). This special event is not just for
women’s but also for the whole family where there are many funs of activities
such as ‘’Kids Corner’’ and ‘’Papa Cafe’’ were provided to make sure they were
enjoys to be here.
Brilliance
Information got the trust from MOW and LPPKN to showcase the efficient,
cost-effective and fully integrated approach system to Electronic Medical
Records (EMR). This solution we call ‘’Brilliance Healthcare System’’. These
kinds of systems are introduced to attract all the women to come and make the
registration before they can make a medical check up especially for mammogram
test. Brilliance Healthcare solution is a user-friendly application where all
the simple data will be save and consolidate and it is suitable to matching
with mammogram test. This system also we called ‘’small clinic system’’. The
core module in Brilliance Healthcare system is Patient Management System (PMS).
This module facilitates patient registration process which keeps all details
profile of patients like names, ages, address, contact number, identification
number and patient index number.
A few features
in PMS module that were showcase in Mother Day event are:

Read My-card
The
first features in PMS module are read My-card information. Means when the
patients come to register counter, she needs to make a registration by using
with My-card. From here the details profile of patient is ability to viewing
automatically.
§
Search Patient
The
searching for patient is the part features in PMS module. We can know and
analyze the profile of many patients from the different clinic or district thru
the save record. r the MOW and LPPKN.
§
Save Patient Information
When
the process to searching patient was done, the data or information regarding
the patient needs to save as a back up into the servers. If we need to refer
the case of patient, it does automatically can be accessed from the servers.
§
Print Patient Report
The
last features that we were providing thru PMS modules are generated or print
patient report. The reports are complete profiles of patient that we were
saving before. So it is easy to make it references especially for the MOW and
LPPKN.
